Problem Degiro : eupersonalfinance

Hi,

3 days ago I used a ‘bank transfer’ to Degiro and a Sofort payment.
The payment by Sofort got deposited instantly and I recieved a mail.
Yesterday I recieved a mail that my bank transfer was deposited but when I log on my Degiro account today the money isn’t there. I wrote a mail but I see lots of people having problems with withdrawing money last weeks and the helpdesk doens’t answer or answers very slow..

I am a bit scared now that I won’t see my money back, is this possible? Someone knows what’s wrong or has some experience with this?
